Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating

If You Are Experiencing Eating or Body Concerns, You Deserve Help

Sometimes people think that they aren’t “sick enough”, or that their concerns aren’t serious enough. You, or your loved one deserves help, support, and understanding. Every experience is valid.

Eating and body concerns affect people of all ages, body shapes, genders, backgrounds, and abilities. We know that eating disorders don’t have a “look” – it can be tricky to tell if someone is struggling with disordered eating behaviours.

We believe full recovery is 100% possible

We Understand the Road to Recovery Can Be Difficult

Taking that first step in seeking support is a very important part of the journey towards food and body peace.

Asking for help can be daunting – it can take a lot of courage. We provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive environment to help you with your food and eating concerns. You don’t need to do it alone.

We know that seeking treatment early on gives people the best chance to make positive changes.
